
Za'atar chicken

Toss chicken, potatoes, onion, salt, garlic, za'atar, chilli, lemon juice and mint in olive oil and ghee.

Arrange with chicken skin side up, potato and onion at the bottom

Leave to marinate for about an hour

Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 40-45 minutes

Scatter pomegranate seeds and parsley before serving

Serve with fresh yoghurt and naan
