Method

    Sauté onions until brown

    Add all spices

    Add 2 Tbsp of the canned beans liquid

  4. 4

    Add 2½ big cooking spoons of liquidised tomato

  5. 5

    Simmer for a few minutes

  6. 6

    Add drained beans and cook for a further few minutes

  7. 7

    Sprinkle fresh dhania and serve with roti or naan.
