Prawn Curry

Prep

    Marinate prawns

Method

    Marinate prawns (see prep).

  2. 2

    First sauté prawns in hot oil for about 3-4 minutes - remove from pot.

  3. 3

    Fry onions until translucent, add garlic, salt, red chilli, dhana jeero and arad. Sauté.

    Then add can of ground tomatoes - make chutney.

  5. 5

    While this is cooking, fry the brinjal on 150° for about 4-5 min.

    Then fry potatoes at 135° for 12-13 minutes.

    Add the above to chutney, add some water, simmer ± 8-10 minutes. Then add peas & prawns.

    Simmer before serving.
