Marinate mince (see prep).

Add 100g onion to pot and sauté in ghee & oil (save 50g onion and add sliced beans)

Once sautéed, add mince and cook lightly

Add ⅓ cup water and let mince cook with lid on- break up lumps as it cooks

Once cooked, add tomato puree & lightly cook

Add green beans, mix and cover

Add ½ cup water and let green beans cook

When ¾ done, add steamed carrot, potato & edamame- simmer

Add blob of ghee and sprinkle dhania to serve
